Ungava Actic Sparkler Cocktail

Sometimes an occasion calls for something special. This Canadian Champagne cocktail does the trick to elevate the spark in any occasion. A stunning cocktail made to share with friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Ungava Gin
  • ½ oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz. Champagne
  • Grapefruit Twist
  • Ice cubes

TO MAKE

  • Pour gin, grapefruit, and simple syrup into a shaker
    with ice.
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Fine strain into an ice filled wine glass.
  • Top with champagne and garnish with grapefruit twist.
