Gin Gin Mule

Our vision of the Moscow mule. If you love ginger, you’ll love this extra wild ginger Ungava cocktail!
INGREDIENTS
- 8 mint leaves
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 1/2 Ungava Ginger
- 4-5 oz ginger beer
TO MAKE
- In a shaker, add the mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup and mix well.
- Add the gin and fill the shaker with ice. Shake.
- Pour into a glass filled with cold ice.
- Top with ginger beer and a garnish with a sprig of mint.
