Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz. Ungava Gin
  • 0.25 oz Dry White Vermouth
  • Dash of Grapefruit Bitters
  • Pinch of Flower Salt
  • Zest from Grapefruit
  • Rosemary

TO MAKE

  • Combine Ungava and vermouth in a mixing glass and stir with ice for 30 seconds.
  • Strain into glass.
  • Add bitters and salt.
