A simple but elegant wild ginger cocktail with a little Quebec maple syrup. Cheers!
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Ungava Ginger
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 0.25 oz lemon juice
- Finish with soda water
- Ice
TO MAKE
- Add all ingredients to a glass and mix well.
- Garnish with a slide of lemon
