- 1 ½ oz Ungava Ginger
- ¾ oz chai syrup
- 4-5 oz almond, oat or coconut milk
- cinnamon stick; ginger cookie
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake until frothy.
- Pour over ice in a tall glass, garnish with a cinnamon stick and ginger cookie.
