AU PAYS DU GINGEMBRE

A tropical twist on a sour cocktail. Pineapple adds a sweet and tart characteristic to the classic tipple that makes it a fun, vibrant go-to.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. Ungava Gin
  • ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 5 Mint Leaves
  • Chunks of Pineapple
  • Ice Cubes

TO MAKE

  • Add all ingredients into a shaker
    with ice.
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
  • Garnish with a mint leaf and pineapple chunk.
