The Ungava Peninsula is approximately 350 000 Km2 in area surrounding Ungava Bay. Adorned by a brilliant mantle of ice and snow for nearly nine months of the year, Ungava Bay is a place of indescribable beauty; rich in mineral wealth. It’s an unspoiled region of startling landscapes and extreme climate.

It is from here, the most unlikely of places, that the rare Arctic botanicals used in Ungava gin are able to grow. They are hand-foraged and dried following a three-year picking cycle to ensure sustainable growth. Then they are slowly steeped for five weeks, allowing for a natural extraction of complex flavor.

Le mélange final produit un gin à nul autre pareil.
