A tropical twist on a sour cocktail. Pineapple adds a sweet and tart characteristic to the classic tipple that makes it a fun, vibrant go-to.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz. Ungava Gin
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- 5 Mint Leaves
- Chunks of Pineapple
- Ice Cubes
TO MAKE
- Add all ingredients into a shaker
with ice. - Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
- Garnish with a mint leaf and pineapple chunk.
